I bought this Phillips KEYCHAIN Digital camera for my grandparents. They left their grandchildren to lose the disc and the accompanying instructions. Why can not I find a repair kit in USA?

I just bought my 2nd air bed. The first, I messed up too bad in "creative" patching to sit really depressed and try to fix it. The new proposal should be here in a few days I just spent two hours looking for fabric or flocked velvet patches for air beds. The UK, AUS, NZ every sale. But the United States? Does not seem to be the case. Does anyone know a place I can go or order in the Americas for a repair kit like this??
