Looking at the Mamiya site, reading your Thet's 645 ZD 22-megapixel, medium format camera with digital backup functions "...???? I just received the body of the Nikon F6 SLR (i receive your lenses before Christmas), erred in thinking that if I spend some more money to improve the House Mamiya. I do mostly portraits and outdoor (amateur) with a FinePix S7000 and 35 mm. Minolta photoshop and learning, but thinking of doing something more professional, what the experts recommend? Well ... Do you have $ 10,000 to spend? That's what you want in a Mamiya ZD ... If so sure its a good camera ... but considering that looks like someone that is barely in the picture I'd say it's like taking a Ferrari to someone who had never driven before. Frankly I'm not sure why you had a F6, that's a lot of camera for someone who has just started and also the movie that is on its way out (like it or not) ... best option for someone just starting and want to do photography work would have been a Fuji S3 Pro ... nice for photography work and a lot cheaper on the wallet.
