I have a friend from Australia, who bought his D80 and D300 the United States and they seem to work properly. I have a photograph of some friends in the African Union and New Zealand and we have never discussed all compatibility issues, so I do not think there is a problem. They sent me pictures that I opened with no problem and vice versa.
